Pub Crawl Guide Position:
D.C. Crawling is looking for fun, entertaining people to lead our History Tour Pub Crawls. As a Guide, you’ll take visitors from around the globe to 4 different bars near the White House and provide a History Tour along the way.
The ability to memorize and present a script is important. Therefore we are looking for people with presentation backgrounds such as actors and teachers. However, this is not a requirement.
Hours and Schedules:
Our pub crawls run daily from 3:45 – 6:15pm and 6:45 – 9:15pm.
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling. Ability to work weekday afternoons and weekends is a plus.
Pay:
Guides earn a flat fee of $50 per tour and make more than that on tips from guests at the end of the crawl. On average, guests tip $5-$10 per person. We take groups of 1-12 people each crawl with larger numbers for private crawls.
Musts:
Must be 21+ years old. Guides are also not allowed to drink while leading a crawl.
